Apophyllite crystals, which are very glassy, gem-like, and colourless, form a remarkable and exquisite stalactite.
The gemmy, pyramidal crystals are water-clear to translucent, and some are doubly terminated, including the largest compound crystal.
The crystals project in all directions, adding to the visual appeal of this striking sculpture.
Except for some periphery wear at the base, this item is flawless all around.
This is a very excellent and unusual sample with quartz.
