Fluorapophyllite-(K) with Stilbite Natural Mineral Specimen # B 4741
Features:
A beautiful show specimen with crisp, prismatic sea-green Apophyllite crystals on matrix, as well as bladed white "sheaves" of Stilbite on the surface of the crystals. This Apophyllite crystal is the biggest known to man and measures long. In one of the terminations, the Apophyllite group is cleaved; the other termination has a contact on the back (not visible when displayed).
Although Indian Zeolites and related minerals are still quite prevalent on the market, there is no denying the fact that they are colorful, beautiful, and highly displayable, and that many of them are the greatest specimens of their individual species that have ever been discovered.
