This specimen is druzy chalcedony that is covered with hundreds of small dark red stilbite crystals. Most of the stilbite that comes out of India is the peach type, but does sometimes form in these dark red crystals. It's much rarer than the peach stilbite, and the color is stunning. The dark black micro crystaline chalcedony is also visible on the back of the piece.
