Features:
A prominent botryoidal "ball" of Fluorite perches on light purple coloured Amethyst and soft lilac coloured Chalcedony matrix in this specimen. The Fluorite has a gorgeous golden tone throughout, and when the "ball" is lighted, the colour GLOWS. A supplementary Fluorite sphere at a lesser size adds a nice touch. The piece is in excellent condition; the only flaw I can identify is on the dome of the larger Fluorite. In person, the sculpture appears to be even nicer than the photographs suggest.
It's unusual to come across spherical Fluorite like this in any location, but finding one atop purple Amethyst is even more unusual.
